Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
- Include your order number or proof of purchase.
Please note:
Items showing clear signs of wear or damage caused by pets are not eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your refund seems delayed, check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received a faulty or wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at Jerry.wang@vasthoriz.com with photos, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.
