How do I clean the collar and leash?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Allow to air dry completely before use or storage. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the reflective stitching and colour.
How do I maintain the hardware?
The zinc-alloy D-rings and buckles are rust-resistant but should be dried after wet walks. A quick wipe with a dry cloth after rainy or snowy walks will extend the life of all metal components.
Is it safe for strong pullers
